How do I log in for the first time?

A valid license along with a user account is necessary to log in to the SocialTalent platform. This account is usually created by the company admin/manager or a SocialTalent manager. When a user account is added, the manager checks an option to send a "Getting Started" email.

An email is sent to the email address (entered in user details by a manager) to log in to their account to start their learning. 

Below is an example of the "Getting Started" email received by the user:

Note: The link to your account will expire after 24 hours. After the time expiry, you will need to request for a password change using the link in the Welcome email.

There are two options to login to a user account:

  1. Using the mobile app (iOS/Android) - download the app according to the device which you are using and put your credentials in.

  2. Browser on your desktop/laptop  - Click on the "Start Learning Now" link in your email.

When you click the reset password link, a page will open up where you will be prompted to set a new password for your account.

You will also be prompted to answer a few onboarding questions to set up your profile to serve your unique learning needs.

After the profile is set up, you can log in to your account at https://app.socialtalent.com/login with the username and password you have set in the previous step. If you are facing any issues, please contact our support team at support@socialtalent.com
