Content Progress Report - Mission Summary - Column Descriptions

The mission summary report is used to pull data related to the user's progress towards specific missions. You can select the name of the missions to pull in the report data.

Below you will find descriptions of our Report columns. If you are looking for something in particular, on Mac press Cmd and F to search, but if you are using Windows, press Ctrl and F to find what you are looking for.

Mission name	Name of the Mission in user's learning path or list of recommendations.
Email Address	Email address of the user
% Mission Completed	% of learning items in a mission that has been completed.
Date Mission Started	Date the user first watched any learning item in the mission.
Date Mission Completed	Date all of the learning items in the mission were completed. Note: Please be informed this does not include if the challenge is completed.
Courses in Mission Completed	Number of courses completed by the user in a mission.
Date First Login	Date the learner first logged in
Date User Setup	Date the user was setup on the platform.
Challenge Score	The score achieved by the learner in the related challenge for the mission.
Challenge Attempts	Number of times the learner attempted the challenge exam.
Courses in Mission	Number of courses in a mission
% Total Progress (Learning Path)	The level of progress a learner has made in completing their assigned Learning Path.
% of Weekly Goal Completed (Current Week)	Progress on any weekly goal is calculated from Sun-Sat. This column related to the current week from Sun-Sat.
All Team Comments Events this Period	Sum of all the Team Comments events for this time period [Questions + Answers + Replies]
All Recommendations Submitted this Period	Total number of times [this time period] a user has clicked any recommended content.
Avg. Challenge Score this period	The average score that a Learner has achieved after completing a challenge for the given time period.
Avg. Quiz Score this period	The average score that a Learner has achieved after completing a quiz for the given time period.
Badge awarded	Badge achieved for the challenge completed by the user.
Chrome Extension Installed?	Indication of whether the user has installed SocialTalent Chrome Extension.
Company	Your organisation that uses SocialTalent.
Course Recommendations Submitted this Period	Number of times (this time period) where a user has recommended a Course.
Courses Completed this Period	List of courses (course names) that a learner completed for the given time period.
Current Certificate	Name of the certificate that the learner will be awarded upon completion of the current section of the learner's LP
Current Learning Path	Name of the Learning Path currently assigned to a Learner.
Current Streak	Number consecutive weekly goals achieved through to the current week.
Date Account Created	Date that the user's SocialTalent account was created.
Team Comments Engagement (Answers + Replies) this Period	Number of time (this time period) where a Learner has submitted an answer or a reply to a Team Comments thread.
Team Comments Initiated this Period	Number of times (this time period) where a Learner has initiated a new Team Comment.
Kudos Received this Period	The number of kudos (thumbs-up) received by a user in a given date range.
Kudos Sent this Period	The number of kudos (thumbs-up) sent by a user in a given date range.
Last Active Date	The last date the user was logged in and had a active session on SocialTalent.
Learning Item Recommendations Submitted this Period	Number of times (this time period) where a user has recommended a Learning Item.
Learning Items Watched this Period	Total number of Learning Items watched in a given date range. There may be multiple learning items in a course. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Licence Activated Date	Date that a user's license was activated on SocialTalent.
Licence Expiration Date	Date that a user's license expired on SocialTalent.
Likes Submitted this Period	Total number of times a user expressed a like for content this time period.
List of Certificates Awarded	List of all the certificates awarded to a learner.
List of Courses Completed this Period	List of courses (course names) that a learner completed for the given time period.
Milestones Earned	List of all the milestones awarded to a user.
Milestones awarded this period	List of all of the milestone awarded to a learner in a given date range.
Minutes Viewed this Period	Number of minutes of content that a learner has completed in the given date range.
Mission Completed This Period	Number of missions completed for the given time period.
Most Recent Certificate Awarded	Most recent certificate awarded to a learner.
Most Recent Milestone	Most recent milestone earned by a learner.
Level	Level is an overall representation of your learning achievements on the SocialTalent platform. A higher Level gives you huge bragging rights within your company and across your industry where SocialTalent is recognised.
Nudges Clicked this Period	Number of Chrome Extension nudges clicked by a user in a given date range.
Nudges Displayed this Period	Number of Chrome Extension nudges displayed to a user in a given date range.
Program Name	Program assigned to a user
Program Progress %	The user's percentage progress in their program
Progress towards current Certificate (%)	Indicator of progress made towards being awarded the Learner's next Certificate.
Recent Certificate Date	The Date that the most recent certificate was awarded.
Recent Milestone Date	Date when the learner earned her most recent milestone.
Saves this Period	Total number of learning items and courses saved for later for the given time period.
Team Leaders	Colleague or colleagues that have been assigned the role of Team Leader to a Learner.
Teams	A team or group of people in your organisation that uses SocialTalent.
Time Viewing Non Learning Path Content this Period (mins)	Duration of content viewed this time period, where the content is not on the Learner's Learning Path.
Total Available Certificates	Total number of certificates available from the SocialTalent Library that may be earned by a learner.
Total Available Courses in LP	The total number of Courses available to a Learner in her assigned Learning Path. A Course is made up of multiple learning items. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Total Available Learning Items in LP	The total number of Learning Items available to a Learner in their assigned Learning Path. A Course is made up of multiple learning items. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Total Courses Completed	The number of SocialTalent courses that a Learner has completed. A Course is made up of multiple learning items. A Mission is made up of multiple Courses.
Total List of all Courses Completed	List of all courses (course names) that a learner completed since first logging in.
Total Milestones in Learning Path	Total number of milestones in a learner's learning path.
Unwatched Updated Content (mins)	Duration of all content updates for which the learner has received a notification. This may include content that is on a Learner's Learning Path, or not.
Total Minutes Viewed	Total number of minutes of content that a learner completed since first becoming active on SocialTalent.
User Name	Name of a person in your organisation the has been assigned a license to use SocialTalent.
User Role	The category of user within your organisation that uses SocialTalent. A User Role may be a Learner, a Manager, an Advisor, or a Company Admin.
Viewed any recommended content?	Indicator of whether the user has viewed at least one piece of content that was recommended to her by a Manager or Team Leader.
Weekly Goal	Number of minutes that a user is expected to spend learning per week.
Contained in Learning Paths(s)	Listed missions available in which learning paths.
Recent Mission Activity	Last date the user was active and watching this mission.
Contained in Program(s)	Listed missions available in which programs.
Unwatched Updated Content (mins)	Duration of all content updates for which learner has received a notification. This may or may not include the content in the user's LP.
Weeks on the Platform	Total number of weeks that the user was first setup on the SocialTalent platform.
